Kit Harington bravely spoke about surviving alcoholism and depression in a candid interview with The Sunday Times this week.

The star admitted he didn’t understand how big the journey through fatherhood was until he launched himself.

“Every day I wake up and take care of this little human and now we are part of a unit together.

“I think what surprises me the most about fatherhood is that the three of you are now a unit, and that’s a whole new dynamic that you have to find.”
