Games with Gold September 2019: Good news from Xbox Live ahead of Xbox One free games | Game | Entertainment

Microsoft announces the official selection of the Games with Gold competition from September 2019 later this month.

The big news will be shared before the end of August and probably during the last week. And if that's the plan, the Xbox One players will wait a little longer for the revelation.

What we do know is that the September Games With Gold games list will include at least two Xbox One and Xbox 360 games.

Official programming for August was revealed on July 30, which means we could wait for the same date this month for the big news.

The best AAA titles made available by Microsoft in 2019 appear in August and include Forza Motorsport 6 and Gears of War 4.

And fans will be eager to see others of their peers announced over the next few months and by the end of 2019.

Unlike PlayStation, Microsoft does not have a typical day of the month when their next selection of free games is announced.

Fortunately for Xbox Live Gold members, there are many other gifts available in the coming days.

For example, today is the last day that players can download and play Generation Zero for free.

Currently part of the Free Play Days event organized by Microsoft, fans can install the shooter over the next 24 hours. Gen Zero's trial is expected to end on Monday, as will others in the UK.

A cooking experience for players (love or hate) Generation Zero is based on Sweden in the 1980s, in the midst of a crisis of killer robots.

A lack of direction and activities on the map can hinder it, but it can also excel in the fight against dangerous metal enemies, some of which can be huge.

Players who do not need to enter this world alone, players with an Xbox Live Gold account should be able to play without any problem in the games of other players this weekend.

"Discover an explosive game of cat and mouse in a vast open world," reads the official description of the game.

"In this reimagination of Sweden from the 1980s – made with the award-winning Apex game engine – hostile machines have invaded the serene countryside and you have to defend yourself! Play alone or team up with up to three of your friends in cooperative multiplayer mode.

"By using battle-proven guerrilla tactics, you will be able to attract, paralyze or destroy enemies during intense and creative skirmishes in the sandbox."

Generation Zero has continued to receive free updates since its launch in early 2019 and this weekend could be the perfect time to evaluate your own interest.

However, the disadvantage of playing Gen Zero today is that it will take you about 50 GB to install on your Xbox One.

Due to the size of the download, the wait time will be longer, and the size of the card will allow you to discover only a small part of Gen Zero.

And if fighting big scary robots with bullets is not your thing, you can also access the latest demo of the NBA 2K20 on Xbox One.

It's the first experience of the game before the full version arrives in September, bringing a wave of new updates and improvements.

The NBA 2K20 demo is available on the Microsoft Store on Xbox One and allows fans to test the new MyPLAYER Builder and experiment with multiple versions of MyPLAYER before the full game is officially released.

The evaluation version is smaller than Gen Zero to download and weighs just over 17 GB on Xbox One.
