Genshin Impact 2.1 Leak Reveals New Kokomi Character, Keqing Story Quest, More Inazuma Islands, Weapons

Genshin Impact update 2.0 is imminent, but we have started to get more information about the following updates. Among the many AAA titles released last year, Genshin Impact managed to win. With several unique features and a gacha-based model, the game quickly became a hit with millions of players.

Genshin Impact update 2.0 will be the biggest update in franchise history, with several new characters, weapons, and a region added to the game. New characters include Ayaka, Sayu, and Yoimiya, while the new region is none other than Inazuma.

In the midst of that, registrations for Beta 2.1 also started a few days ago. This means that the beta will begin in a few days, giving selected players a chance to try out some of the new features in the next update.

Genshin Impact 2.1 Leak Reveals New Kokomi Character, Weapons, More Inazuma Islands, Keqing Story Quest

New leak reveals what we can expect from Update 2.1. First off, Genshin Report mentions that Update 2.0 isn’t all we’ve seen from Update Inazuma. Update 2.1 will add another Inazuma Island. In fact, every update until the end of the year will add a new Inazuma Island. However, the 2.1 updates will not be a fill fix. The leaker specifies that Genshin Impact will not contain any filling patch before 2022.

As for the new character, it will be none other than Kokomi. As for the weapon, it will be the Heartseeker, also known as the Star Seeker. The Star Seeker is Keqing’s weapon and it will be available during the Moonchase event, along with his story quest.

That’s a lot of information from Update 2.1. With the beta starting anytime now, we should learn more very soon.
