George Clooney and his wife, Amal Clooney, became close friends of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle.
Their relationship has increased since both couples became parents.
The Clooneys hosted twins, Alexander and Ella, in 2017, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had their first child, a son named Archie Harrison, on May 6.

In a recent interview with the DailyMail, the actor's "Catch-22" stated that he did not remember how his friendship had started with them, but it's been several years.
He and Amal attended their royal wedding last May and welcomed the newlyweds to their villa on Lake Como.
The Clooneys also have a home in Sonning, Berkshire, not far from Meghan and Harry's cottage Winsdor.

"We live not very far from each other and we organize dinners and we are friends with them for all the reasons that make you friends with anyone," said the laureate.
"They are really very nice, fun and kind people, a very loving couple, and they are going to be great parents."
Clooney said about the personalities of his twins: "They are really funny and very intelligent."

"We decided because we spend a lot of time in Italy and that they will spend a lot of time growing up there, that the Italian will be one of the languages that they learn" , he explained. "They already say their ABCs in Italian and English."
