A lawsuit alleging electoral fraud in Georgia, filed Wednesday by attorney Sidney Powell, is named after a student at the University of Alabama in Georgia.
CJ Pearson, a freshman at the University of Alabama who is a Republican candidate for Electoral College, is a plaintiff in the lawsuit who alleges voting irregularities in Georgia.
The lawsuit, CJ Pearson v. Kemp, was filed on November 25 in the US District Court of Northern Georgia, and that there was “ballot stuffing” which was “rendered practically invisible by computer software created and managed by national and foreign players”.
Coreco Ja’Qan Pearson is first on the list of complainants. Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and other Georgian officials are the accused.
The Trump administration issued a statement on Sunday saying Powell was not on the president’s legal team.
Nonetheless, the 104-page lawsuit filed by Powell alleges voting irregularities that Powell and other attorneys say benefited Democratic candidate Joe Biden at the expense of President Donald Trump.
The plaintiffs claim that the trial “highlights massive electoral fraud, multiple violations of Georgian laws… and multiple constitutional violations, as evidenced by factual witnesses of specific incidents, multiple expert witnesses and the mathematical impossibilities found in the process. Georgia General Election 2020 ”.
The lawsuit claims that “the scheme and fraudulent device were aimed at illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to secure the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States.”
