Frank Sinatra died at age of 101 years. This was announced by his daughter, Nancy Sinatra Jr., on Twitter the day before via Twitter.

"My mother died peacefully at the age of 101 today," writes her daughter on Twitter. "She was a blessing and the light of my life Thank you for everything."

The endless happy puppy love

Frank and Nancy met as teenagers and quickly fell in love. They married on February 4, 1939, while the singer's career was just in the starting blocks. Together, they had three children, the daughter Nancy Jr. (1940), Frank Jr. (1944) and Tina (1948), before divorcing in 1951.

Frank Sinatra was his great love

Nancy Sinatra was left the musician after his adulterous affair with actress Ava Gardener became known. Shortly after the divorce, he married Gardener. But the marriage did not last long. Sinatra is married twice more. With actress Mia Farrow, he led a short marriage from 1966 to 1968, in 1976 he married Las Vegas star Barbara Blakeley. The marriage lasted until Sinatra's death in 1998. Nancy did not remarry. In an interview, his daughter once described that his mother had a great love and that it was his father. She survived her ex-husband for two decades. Frank Sinatra died in 1998 at the age of 82. His son Frank Sinatra Jr. also survived Nancy Sinatra. He died in March 2016 during a concert tour on a cardiac arrest.
