Once you are part of an eligible group for vaccination, use the map below to find a place to schedule your vaccination. Please use the information the provider has listed to connect with them.
Vaccine suppliers can include hospitals, emergency care centers, doctor’s offices, and pharmacies. Providers must be registered to receive the vaccine – so make sure the chosen provider is listed on our map before proceeding to step 3.
The map is updated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All information is self-declared by the providers themselves.
Note: The County of Philadelphia is a separate jurisdiction for vaccines and has its own vaccine distribution information
The Pennsylvania Department of Health works to ensure that all registered vaccine providers have publicly available information for those who are currently eligible to be vaccinated. This map will be updated as more places receive the vaccine.
Click on a point to see details of the vaccination locations. Green dots indicate that a facility has received vaccine and may have vaccine available, and red dots indicate that a facility does not have vaccine available.
