The submission of 14,709 additional applications to the "Household Savings II" program was approved by the Investment Committee meeting today. According to the RIS, given the recently approved applications, it is clear that the resources that will go directly into the economy under the program exceed 400 million.
The currently approved applications correspond to an eligible intervention budget of 224.62 million euros, of which 175.03 million euros of public expenditure. These include 11,263 applications that have been pre-approved by a cooperating bank, while the rest of the grant will be covered by equity. As with the previous affiliation, the vast majority of applications refer to lower incomes, as well as to low-energy homes. Beneficiaries can immediately start energy renovation projects of their homes
In total, the number of admissions reached 28,211, or about 50% of the program's direct support budget. In particular, the eligible intervention budget for all applications is 414.8 million. EUR (public expenditure: 298 million euros). In about a month, new announcements are expected.
