The mandatory price of double price, ie the old price and the new price of all items sold with discount, is mandatory. Labeling and commercial communication are allowed a discount rate. If a discounted price is provided for more than 60% of all items sold, the indicated discount rate must appear in the store display and in any other commercial communication, and if there are different discount rate by product category, it must be stated the range of the given percentage ("from …% to …%")
Traders should, in the case of inspection, be able to prove that the old selling price shown on the plate actually matches.
