The Heraklion Judiciary Council is expected to meet tomorrow to decide whether or not to retain a young private employee of Heraklion, accused of rape, seduction, incest to the detriment of his girl.
Last Thursday, after his apology, the prosecutor and the interrogator disagreed.
The case is now referred to the competent Judicial Council to rule on the fate of the accused. Until the decision, the young private officer, who denies the charges, is under house arrest.
As Cretalive wrote, the case arrived at the main inquiry after a preliminary investigation. As part of the investigation, reports from two child psychologists were also taken into account.
