Until 31 December, the granting of annual leave and allowances

As of December 31, 2018, the full vacation leave due and the vacation pay must be granted. This is what the Greek Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE), through the Information Center of the Confederation of Employees and Unemployed (KEPEA / GSEE, http: //www.kepea.gr/), which informs its employees. private sector regarding the authorization of this year 2018.

The possible agreement to refuse to grant annual leave is nil. If the employer refuses to grant the vacation leave requested by the employee, he must then pay it in cash, with a surcharge of 100%.
