Haley Rebecca Case, 18, of Fort Plain passed away suddenly on Friday September 17, 2021. She was born on April 22, 2003 to Richard and Kristie (Voudry) Case. Haley graduated from Johnstown High School in 2021, where she enjoyed spending time playing field hockey, lacrosse, and being with friends. She was Brianna Case’s younger sister. They had been inseparable since Haley’s birth, and the bond they made growing up together was unbreakable. Haley’s loyalty to her lifelong friend Abby V. was undeniable. Haley loved and was loved by her significant other, Adam Horan, who was very good at handling her nerve. Family was important to Haley because her heart and personality forever shaped the lives of her young cousins. Haley was a role model for everyone. His love did not stop with his family and friends.
