As of Tuesday, February 9, California had fully vaccinated about 1.7% of its population.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s Vaccine Dashboard, approximately 7.6 million doses have been shipped and 4.9 million have been administered. This represents around 1 million vaccinations compared to last week.

Los Angeles (1.22 million), San Diego (508,287), and Orange (408,645) counties have administered the most doses to date. Approximately 99% of the data is recorded by the county of the patient’s residence.

In California, 53 of its 58 counties are in the purple level (considered a widespread risk), three counties are in the orange level (moderate risk) and two are in the red level (substantial risk) according to the Coronavirus Tracking Four. system state levels. Del Norte County is the only county to have changed since that last report – it went from purple to red as of Tuesday.

As of November 24, the state had 41 counties in purple, 11 counties in red, four in orange, two in yellow.
