And what about the disadvantages?

“A truly ketogenic diet is very hard to stick to, in my opinion. It’s a pretty extreme diet to follow all the time, and while it may help with weight loss in a controlled study, it’s not that easy when you’re in the real world trying to navigate between them. office cupcakes, happy hours, dinners and more.
