Another day, another roadmap of development. Today, it's Capcom's turn to shed some light on what's coming in the latest Monster Hunter World expansion, Iceborne.

Announced at the Monborne Hunter World: Iceborne Special show at the Tokyo Game Show 2019 (thank you, Gematsu), Capcom detailed its plans until January 2020, including a new Horizon Zero Dawn crossover event, The Frozen Wilds, which planned to fall in November.

Before that, however, we will discover the new Rajang monster (from World, anyway), as well as some updates relating to My House. Released on October 10, 2019, Rajang is described as "an ultra-aggressive creature against whom few have a chance to survive" and "powerful weapons that take a punch and become golden when they're angry".

Regarding the Horizon Zero Dawn crossover? The first quest will fall in November, with a second and third exit expected in December. Capcom has also confirmed that the Astera Festival will be broadcast at this time, with another monster not yet announced.

Monster Hunter: World and the new Iceborne expansion are now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, although the latter does not see it until January 2020, coinciding with the second anniversary of the RPG.

Although Martin admits in his recent film "Iceborne […] may feel more focused on these expert players ", urges us not to be put off by this.

"The joy of Monster Hunter – now, as always – lies in the way he embraces all styles of play, whether you fight with two blades or watch with a gun," he said. "Or, whether you are a veteran who wants to solo some of the biggest monsters, or a maquis like me, who is happy to wade into the shallows and just enjoy the show." Iceborne does a decent job of restoring for both, and there is enough to satisfy the 13 million spectators of Monster Hunter World, so do not get discouraged by Iceborne, in fact, the best time to enter Monster Hunter is the best.
