Samsung's Galaxy Fold had major issues with the display and hinge when we reviewed it in April. Samsung now thinks they have solved the problems after making critical hardware changes to the protective film and hinge. We are reviewing for the first time the changes made to Galaxy Fold. The phone will be available Sept. 18 in France, Germany, Singapore and the UK, but Samsung has not yet revealed a specific date for the United States.
