The Fortbyte challenges are a little different from the typical Fortnite challenge. Many of them include additional requirements or large amounts of experience gained.
The new Fortbyte challenges offer a new layer of content to Battle Pass owners. These challenges give players all kinds of new goals, ranging from gaining experience to locating a place to progressing the Battle Pass.
Each Fortbyte collected / unlocked will allow you to see more pictures of Hidden Fortbyte. According to Epic Games, the photo will reveal something important about the future of Fortnite and Season 9.
Accessible by Sentinel Fortbyte
In Fortbyte # 36, players travel to a "frozen island" to retrieve a Fortbyte.
Also pay attention to the first part of the index. "Accessible by Sentinel," reads. One of the two skins unlocked at Level 1 of the Battle Pass calls Sentinel. It's the one that looks like a robotic robot: a man.
You can only recover Fortbyte found on the frozen island if you are currently in the shoes of Sentinel. So, before you get into the game, collect, equip the skin.
Once done, you will want to head to the extreme southwest of the map. There are two frozen / snowy islands and you will want to land the most in the west. There will be several ziplines coming and going.
For simplicity, here is a video showing the location and pickup of Fortbyte. After picking up the coin and returning to the Fortbyte menu, slot 36 will reveal fair hair (probably Jonesy).
