In the course of its WorldWide Developers (WWDC) conference, Apple introduced a feature in iOS 12 that plays all notifications for a clean and smooth experience. It seems that the iPhone manufacturer can apply the same concept for its existing and future services. According to The Information, the Cupertino-based giant could combine its upcoming magazine service, original content television and Apple music offering into a single umbrella subscription. Users will also have the option of subscribing to each service separately.
Although the price of the entire package is not yet known, Apple will apparently offer a cost-reduction offer for the umbrella subscription in relation to the payment of each service individually. Currently, the Apple Music service exists while two more are under development. Apple offers Apple Music for $ 9.99 per month in the United States, while in India you can subscribe to the service for 120 rupees a month.
Regarding the magazine service, the company wants to launch a subscription service to Apple news in 2019. The company acquired the digital texture magazine service in March this year. The platform offers users unlimited access to more than 200 of the world's best magazines for a monthly subscription.
Last year, the company planned to invest $ 1 billion in increasing its offering of original content and hired former Sony executives to acquire and produce TV shows and movies for the Apple Music platform. According to some reports, the technology giant could buy Netflix, but it seems that the plans are still under study because Apple has been seen ordering original programs over the past year. Until now, we know that a series of anthology of Steven Spielberg titled "Amazing Stories" will make its way to the original programming of Apple. In addition, the company recently signed a multi-year content contract with Oprah Winfrey to create a list of original shows.
