According to the report, the update is about 1.1 GB and is being rolled out for users in India and the Philippines. The new update also brings a number of new features such as a new power menu. There is also a feature in which the Settings and SystemUI theme fits the color of the screen background. The update does not support Treble or EIS. There is also no native FM Radio application.
XDA Developers notes that some users report that there is a bug that clears the full history of the user's SMS. It apparently occurs after users scan the message application. As a result, users are advised not to update their Mi A1 until Xiaomi resolves the problem.
