Honor Magic 2 appears with a P20 Pro rear design, degraded

As Honor is a Huawei sub-brand, his smart phones tend to look very much like those of his parent company, at least faceless anyway. However, in the case of the upcoming Honor Magic 2, the company seems to have adopted a slightly different strategy.

As has already been confirmed, the high-end smartphone will adopt a unique design without bezel that takes advantage of a sliding format. . On the back, however, a recently leaked image suggests that the smartphone will look very similar to the Huawei P20 Pro. This is due to the configuration of the vertical camera in the corner that uses three rear cameras. This time, though, an adjustment was made to streamline the look. Honor has notably reduced the gaps between the individual sensors and slightly extended the main module to integrate it into a dual-tone LED flash, rather than placing it below the entire configuration.
It is unclear for the moment what camera sensors will be integrated into the back, although those on the Huawei Mate 20 are likely to be candidates. This means that a 20-megapixel main camera could join a second 20-megapixel wide-angle lens and a third 8-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens with a 2x optical zoom.
The Honor Magic 2 official appointment on October 31 in Beijing. As is often the case, the initial availability will be limited to China. However, in a few weeks, the smartphone should be launched on international markets such as Europe and should be available in at least two gradient options, as shown. Unfortunately, an American version seems unlikely at this stage.
