Actor Rajkummar Rao from Bollywood also evoked the sbady poster of the movie Mental Hai Kya and wrote: "Madness did his cut! Catch Mental Hai Kya in theaters June 21, 2019 ". In the poster, Rajkummar and Kangana Ranaut are seen with tongue drawn and touching a blade. The slogan on the poster reads: "Mental health is overvalued".
Apart from the still, the authors also shared a motion poster that shows different staging and atmospheres of these two characters in the film. The poster begins with a statement that two minds will collide in June and then define them with various adjectives. While words such as crazy, crack, whacky, and weird are used to describe Rajkummar Rao's characters, words like weird, bizarre, brave, and psychic define Kangana Ranaut's character.
Mental Hai Kya is the long-awaited film of Rajkummar Rao and Kangana Ranaut. The film was due out in May after postponing its original release date of February 22. However, due to some post-production work, the release date of the film was delayed several times. The filmmakers finally announced that the film would be made public on June 21st. Mental Hai Kya is directed by Prakash Kovelamudi and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film deals with mental health and hallucinations, and depicts the relationship of a former couple.
Speaking of characters, Kangana Ranaut will replace the skin of a voiceover artist in the film and we will see Rajkummar Rao play the role of an entrepreneur. . Ekta Kapoor, producer, said earlier in a statement: "Mental Hai Kya celebrates the beauty of imperfections.It is different and screams, Sanity is overrated! I am delighted to be working with Kangana and Raj on this one." Prakash Kovelamudi, the film also stars Amyra Dastur and Satish Kaushik in defining roles.
It is interesting to note that Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao will perform in Mental Hai Kya. The film directed by Sandeep Vanga and directed by Sandeep Vanga is the Hindi remake of the famous Telugu hit Arjun Reddy, Vijay Deverakonda and director Shahid Kapoor. Shalini Pandey was also directed by Vanga.
