Kajol, a Bollywood actor, had a crush on Akshay Kumar, revealed Kajol's director and close friend Karan Johar in a recent episode of The Kapil Sharma Show. In this fun episode, Bollywood friends explained how they met for the first time and shared memories of parts of the industry.

"I met Kajol at another party, at the premiere of the movie Henna. Kajol had a big crush on Akshay Kumar and was looking for him for the entire first and I was his support at the time. So we were looking for him both. Although we did not find Akshay, it was the beginning of our friendship. We both stayed in South Mumbai and that's where our friendship grew, "said Karan. Akshay and Kajol worked together at Yeh Dillagi.

Tanu aunty (Tanuja, Kajol's mother) suggested we dance, while I dance, Kajol makes fun of me for almost half an hour! Who do this! I felt so humiliated that I left the party without ever feeling so insulted in my life.

Kajol also revealed that his father wanted to call him "Mercedes". "My father wanted to call me Mercedes. He thought that if a person can start a business named after his daughters, why can not I name my daughter like that, "she said.

Karan also revealed that he had originally called Rahul. "In my Janam Patri, I call Rahul Kumar Johar, but my pbadport says Karan. My parents named me Rahul, but six days after my birth, my mother dreamed that I would become Karan and she changed her name.

Karan also shares an interesting story from the shooting of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. "In a sequence, Kareena (Kapoor) was supposed to express support for Hrithik (Roshan), but as soon as the shot started, she started moaning loudly! After 20 to 30 seconds, I cut the picture because I did not want to sound insensitive. Kareena felt that since the film had so many big stars, she also needed to show her talent as an actress. "

Karan added:" At a funeral, after the unit had almost packed up, Kareena asked me, "Who died?" After having informed that Amitji's mother in the film had died, she had said, "Oh, I cried a lot, I should not have done so much."
