Amyra told Kulfi that Sikander knew that she was his daughter. Kulfi is upset to know that Sikander was aware of the truth and yet he kept her away from him. Amyra told Kulfi that she had kept in front of him a condition that made Sikander stay away from her (Kulfi). Amyra told Kulfi that she was aware of her terminal illness and that she wished Sikander fully for herself and therefore promised her not to bring back Kulfi.
Kulfi wanted to see Sikander because she wanted him to give answers to the questions she was asking him. They both come to meet Sikander and learn about his accident. The doctor informs and informs everyone that Sikander's first surgery has been successful and that if his health improves, he will progress with other surgeries. Later, the doctor told the family that Sikander was out of danger, however, his vocal cords were damaged during the accident and he could no longer sing. Kulfi decides to help Sikander restore the music in his life and can not let Sikander lose his ability to sing. Kulfi and Amyra go home and everyone starts planning Sikander home. While Amyra was preparing a cake for Sikander, Kulfi had prepared a laddus for him.
Amyra becomes uncertain and shares her miseries with Loveleen. Loveleen tries to put Amyra at ease with Kulfi's presence and slowly tries to feel sympathy for her sister. Mohendra takes Sikander home and Kulfi and Amyra look forward to it. Sikander comes and calls Kulfi, which makes Amyra unstable, but he talked about dessert. Sikander then rushes to Amyra and brings her his love. Amyra is happy to see Sikander join her, but Kulfi is shocked by the behavior of Sikander, who is indifferent to her. Later, the dog Johnny barks at Sikander and runs away.
