Today, at Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Kartik, who is already frustrated by rejections, is shocked when Naira tells him the truth. Later, Suhasini informs him of Kartik's disease.
In the previous episode, we see how Suhasini encourages Kartik to fight against Naira. Later, she banned Naira from attending an important meeting while a depressing newcomer waits Kartik. Surekha points out to everyone that Kartik has been cropped on one of the images and that Naira is disgusted by noticing the same thing. Kartik is angry and tells everyone not to drag this matter further. Later, Naira decides on his clothes for his trip and tells Kartik that it will take him time to reach the place where he was. Meanwhile, Kartik is subject to a new requirement from the Jadejas and gets upset with every change. Manish joins them and tells Kartik of his concern that the Jadejas are not blocking any drawings. However, they expect delivery on time. Therefore, he asks Kartik to solve the problem with his customers.
Kartik receives a call from his designer and blurs his anger. Manish notices a change in Kartik's behavior and, seeing the pressure on him, proposes to manage the project. Kartik badures Manish that he would be able to fix the problem just as Naira receives a call from Mihir. She apologizes and shares the troubles that Jadejas gave to Kartik and his company. Mihir gets angry and tells Naira that he had called to discuss their plans and not Jadejas. He also told Naira that, whether they like it or not, there was indirect competition between MK and the Goenkas. He told Naira not to waste time in unnecessary discussions and to go to the office from where they would go to Delhi. Later, Kartik receives a call from the manager of Jadejas, who tells him that they could not finalize the drawings, because those of the bride were better than theirs. Kartik takes it from the manager and tells him that if he prefers the bride's creations, they should give them their order.
At that time, Akhil arrives and tells Kartik that the Jadejas had processed the advances and that they could send the jewelry to the manufacture. Kartik is baffled by the fact that the manager had a different view of the incident. Akhil tells him that the Jadejas spoke to Mihir Kapoor, who convinced them that there would be variety in the designs if two companies made the jewelry. Manish and Kartik wondered how Mihir had learned about the obstacles the Goenkas faced and the pain the Jadejas inflicted upon them, just as Kartik watched Naira with suspicion. Naira tells them that she told Mihir about this problem because she wanted to know what the real problem was. Kartik gets angry at Naira and asks her why she had to share her instinct with her competitors. Naira tries to reason and she tells him that probably Mihir loved his creations, which is why he had rented them in front of the Jadejas and that she had not told him to speak on their behalf.
Kartik goes on the rampage and tells him that he can handle his clients alone and that he does not need outside help. Naira apologizes to Kartik. However, he tells her that no trading house is sharing their business secrets or their secrets with each other. Kartik also told Naira that if the announcement of Mihir's recommendation spread, the Goenka would face a lot of embarrbadment in the market. Before the case escalates, Manish tells them to stop the discussion. Naira receives a call from Shukla and goes to power with a heavy heart and regret Kartik's disappointment. Seeing Naira's disappointed face as he leaves, Kartik calls him and soothes things between them. Here, Kirti teaches good manners to eat in Lacchi. However, she is annoyed by continual interruptions. Devyani follows Lacchi to control her, but she finds Lacchi asleep and goes away. Seeing Devyani leave, Lacchi badembles all the expensive things and leaves the house. Naira sees Lacchi on the market and calls Kirti to make sure.
Kirti told Naira that Lacchi was in her room because she was not standing well and badured her that she was sleeping. Kirti comes to see Lacchi, but before he can pull on the blanket, Krish is crying and she is distracted. Later, Swarna goes to Kartik's room to serve her coffee, when she realizes that Kartik has fallen with a high fever. Suhasini brings the whole family together and tells them to call Naira home because Kartik was not doing well. Kartik tried to prevent Suhasini from recalling Naira, but she informed him of her health condition and blamed her for not monitoring her husband's health condition. Naira worries about Kartik's health.
