Priyanka Chopra will receive the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award in December. The event will be held in New York. The 36-year-old actress has been working with UNICEF for almost 10 years and was named UNICEF's national ambbadador in 2010. Chopra has helped raise public awareness of a wide range of social issues such as the environment, health and education, and expresses gender equality. The actress shared a picture on Instagram and Twitter of her visit to the refugee camp in Ethiopia, where she wrote that her job for UNICEF was everything for her.
