Battlefield 5 now live for some players

Battlefield V is still a little over a week away from its release on PS4, Xbox One and PC, but some players can now get into the shooting game of World War II. Those who subscribe to EA Access on Xbox One or Origin Access on PC can download and play Battlefield V as of today, November 9th.

Subscribers at any of the EA services will be able to experience the game up to 10 hours in advance. its launch and any progress made during the trial period will be postponed to the official release of Battlefield V. During this time, members of the Origin Access Premiere premium service will have access to the full game. An EA Access or Origin Access standard subscription costs $ 5 per month or $ 30 per year, while an Origin Access Prime subscription is available for $ 15 per month or $ 100 per year.

Battlefield V was originally scheduled for launch on October 19th, but was delayed by one month to give DICE more time to further improve the gameplay. DICE General Manager Oskar Gabrielson shared a message with fans about the planned release date of the game and revealed that anyone who buys Battlefield V in its first week of availability will receive two free bonus items.
