BMW G 310 R India Launch 2018 Updates: The long wait of more than two years will end today as BMW Motorrad will launch its two most affordable motorcycles namely the G 310 R and the G 310 GS . Both bikes have been on display since the last two editions of Auto Expo but unfortunately they have not been able to get to the market. The main reason behind the delay in the launch of the BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS is that the brand was busy setting up the outlets and therefore, it wanted to make sure that there is enough dealers in India that would yield the desired results. The BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS are powered by the same 313cc single-cylinder engine coupled with a six-speed transmission, producing 34hp of power and 28Nm of torque. Both motorcycles will have disc brakes on both ends and a two-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system) should be offered in series.
