Dil Raju was supposed to be the sole producer of Mahesh's twenty-fifth film, Maharshi. Mahesh however asked Dil Raju to give a part of the film to Aswini Dutt.
Subsequently, PVP became the third producer due to its previous engagement with director Vamsi Paidipalli.
Mahesh promised to do another project for Dil Raju, but he again asked for joint production with Anil Sunkara.
Although Dil Raju considered being part of # Mahesh26 led by Anil Ravipudi, he has now chosen not to participate.
Anil Sunkara is willing to produce everything himself and offers a staggering amount of money to Mahesh.
Dil Raju has a commitment to Anil Ravipudi and Mahesh Babu. He does not want to use both for a joint venture.
Similarly, Dil Raju would be unhappy with his previous joint venture Maharshi, where he could control nothing, from budget to business.
