Divyanka Tripathi celebrates her third birthday at the hospital while her husband, Vivek Dahiya, is still sick

The television lovebirds Divyanka Tripathi and her husband Vivek Dahiya celebrated a unique birthday this year. Since Vivek is hospitalized, the couple's family received a cake at the hospital at midnight.

While Vivek could not have the cake because of her health problems, Divyanka also avoided eating it. They instead gave themselves a high-five, with the cake on Vivek's lap.

Vivek was hospitalized a few days ago after complaining of severe stomach ailments and fever. He was rushed to the hospital where he was diagnosed with intestinal infection and liver abscess.

The actor was even to withdraw from Nach Baliye 9. Divyanka and Vivek had turned for their dance show, but the latter being asked to rest now, the couple will no longer be able to organize the show.

Divayanka and Vivek were married on July 8, 2016 in Bhopal, the city they came from. They first met and fell in love with the scenery of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. It's their third wedding anniversary.

The two men recently went to Macau (China) to spend a short vacation. They had fun together.

While Divyanka is currently considered to be Ishita in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Vivek was last seen in Qayamat Ki Raat.
