Actress Sophie Turner, who struggled with weight in a young age, learned that she needed to put her sanity in the foreground because otherwise she says she's "bading and could end up in rehab."

The 23-year-old became a popular name after playing the role of Sansa Stark in the successful HBO Game Of Thrones .

While talking to the Sunday Times, the bride is aware of her mental health and how she has managed to overcome it. She confessed that she had started getting medical help after not having her period for a year, reports metro.co.uk. "I learned that I had to refuse jobs if I had to lose weight for them because it was not good for my sanity at all," she confessed.
"You feel so much pressure to say yes, but I learned that I had to put my mental health in the foreground, above all else, otherwise I'm screwed up and I may end up in rehabilitation," she said. she declared.

The star revealed that she had been saved by her husband, Joe Jonas, while she was mentally ill by helping Turner to love her.
