Godrej Properties has purchased the iconic RK Studios. Godrej plans to convert the 71-year-old property into a residential and commercial development.

Godrej was represented by his internal legal team.

IC Universal Legal acted The team was led by its senior partner, Bheru Choudhary, in collaboration with his partner, Yogesh Adhia and Associates, Kosha Shah, Smiti Singrodia, Isha Kalwant Singh and Laxman Jain.
