Apple has released an updated version of its "iPhone User Guide "on its support website, Apple Books and App Store, with an explanation of iOS 12.1 features such as Group FaceTime and dual SIM support. 9to5Mac reported for the first time.

The guide contains detailed information on other new features, including the ability to adjust portrait depth directly from the camera application, Group FaceTime with up to 32 people at a time, and support for the dual SIM card the iPhone XR, the iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max. The company had previously announced that the FaceTime group was a feature of iOS 12, but it had to be delayed because it was not ready for the initial public release of the operating system. All these features will be put online at the global launch of the update to the general public.

Apple has not yet revealed the deployment date of its public iOS version 12.1. The company is testing the version of the operating system since mid-September. Apple may reveal details about the deployment schedule of the same product alongside the new iPad Pro and Mac at its event to be held October 30 in New York.
