The superstar will also be featured in the first Bollywood film of director Nagraj Manjule, Sairat Jhund . Recently, the release date of the next movie has been announced.

Taran Adarsh, a business badyst, recently revealed on Twitter that Jhund would be on the screens on September 20, 2019. The film is co-produced by Nagraj, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Raaj Hiremath and Savita Raj Hiremath.

Reports suggest Jhund is based on the life of Vijay Barse, a retired sports teacher, who founded an NGO called Slum Soccer. Akash Thosar will also be in the film.

In January, Big B went on his social networks and shared a sincere note after completing the filming of Jhund . He wrote, "When you finish one and you are ready to leave … the feelings and symptoms of withdrawal begin to reflect … thank you JHUND."

Apart from this, Amitabh Bachchan will also share the screen space with Taapsee Pannu in the crime thriller Sujoy Ghosh, Badla . The film is produced by Gauri Khan's Shah Rukh Khan and Red Chillies Entertainment. Big B and Taapsee have already worked in the 2016 film Pink .

Big B will also be featured in the next film directed by Ayan Mukerji Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The fantastic movie will be screened around Christmas this year.
