IT companies in our hedging universe are expected to post a combined 0.8% QoQ increase in dollar revenues in the first quarter of fiscal 2018-2019 (Q1 FY19). Benchmarks are trading at a faster pace by taking indices from their global peers Tuesday ahead of Tata Consultancy Services' (TCS) June quarterly (T1F19) results. The information technology giant (IT) is expected to announce its Q1FY19 results today after market hours.

Apart from TCS, IndusInd Bank is another big company that is expected to announce its results for the June quarter later today.

Meanwhile, investors will also monitor rupee and oil price movements during the day. In global markets, Asian stocks attempted to recover for a third session on Tuesday, as corporate earnings expectations spurred Wall Street, while several resignations by the British government kept the pound on the defensive.

Pacific shares outside Japan recorded a 0.2 percent growth rate at the beginning of the fiscal year, which rose 1.3 percent on Monday. Japanese Nikkei climbed 0.8% and South Korea 0.6%

On Wall Street, US stocks rose on Monday, giving the Dow and S & P 500 their biggest gains for the most part. from one month.
