Mitsubishi Pajero Sport now available with Splash customization package

After the launch of the new Mitsubishi Outlander recently, Mitsubishi India launched a new customization package for the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV. This Splash pack is available on the Pajero Sport and Pajero Sport Plus versions for an additional cost of Rs 57,500.

An online configurator allows buyers to choose the variant of their choice and then choose from three main design models. Each of these models has five color combinations to choose from. Indeed, 30 different combinations are available for buyers.

The Pajero Sport Splash does not undergo any mechanical changes. It is powered by the same turbocharged 2.5 liter four-cylinder common rail diesel engine producing 178 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. In the MT 4×4 version, the engine develops a torque greater than 400 Nm. Two gearbox options are available, a five-speed manual transmission and a five-speed automatic.

The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is an aging SUV that was launched in India in 2013 and four years ago internationally. Its other scale on competitors like the Toyota Fortuner and the Ford Endeavor are much newer and more popular. Mitsubishi India hopes that this option will allow buyers, especially non-traders who do not see the inconvenience of taking their SUVs off-road, to be aware of them.
