Collector Pravin Kumar badured the tribal people that there was no reason to be alarmed because the government doctors were constantly on the alert in all 11 staffs of the District Dengue Agency.

Seeing the unhealthy conditions in the villages, he ordered the officials concerned to to ensure a clean environment to prevent the spread of epidemics and also asked tribal people to cooperate with officials to maintain cleanliness.
He inspected a drinking water well at the Gudivada settlement and ordered officials to send water samples for testing. ] Later addressing the media, the collector said that viral fevers showed a downward trend. The incidence of malaria was 60% lower than last year. The Pin Point program has been implemented in all villages as a precautionary measure.
