Reliance Communications pays 62 Lakh to the regulator to settle his case

The Indian Securities and Exchange Council said Friday that Reliance Communications (RCOM) had settled the problem in front of the regulator by paying 62.40 lakh for its alleged non-cooperation with Rating Agencies and the Debenture

"Reliance Communications Limited has filed a suo motorcycle application under the Civil Procedure Rules 2014 and SEBI proposing to settle the dispute through a settlement order," said SEBI in a statement.

SEBI stated that, at its September meeting, the High-Power Vehicle Advisory Committee reviewed the terms of the proposed regulation and recommended that the matter be settled with the payment.
