Repco Home Finance

Do you think that the liquidity situation is much better now?
No, I do not think so.
What about the liquidity situation in the bond market?
With regard to housing finance, we reiterated that there was no problem of liquidity. Even on the market, commercial paper represents less than 5% of our total liability. Currently, only a liability of Rs. 450 crore is due and we have sufficient liquidity. Probably at this point, we will trade this with bank financing because we already have more than 1,800 crore rupees already available from banks.
What is the situation of housing finance demand?
The request is as usual. On the ground, we see no change in demand. But a company like ours depends only on individual home loans. We do not give a manufacturer loan and so there is no big problem. But with respect to individual home loans, we are seeing the same type of demand. There is no change in fees.
The government claims that the RBI does not actually have enough cash and that it is looking into a situation where it is the government that oversees the NBFC's failures and who is asking the banking sector to rescue them. Loan withdrawals have already collapsed by almost 80%. What is the current situation regarding credit levies?
I do not see the problem as it is perceived. A large number of NBFCs and HFCs continue to be subject to sanctions by banks. The only problem we are concerned about is that the banks are refusing to lend credit to NBFCs and HFCs, which explains their resolution.
With regard to HFCs, the problem of liquidity does not arise. Nevertheless, the government has nevertheless said that banks should continue to lend to NBFCs and HFCs and that there is no crisis.
