Mumbai, July 7 (IANS): Less than a month after Mumbai police filed a closing report in the alleged badual harbadment case #MeToo filed by Tanushree Dutta against the police. actor Nana Patekar, the actress will now file a protest motion against the act's own act in the case.
Tanushree objected to the B-Summary report filed by the Oshiwara Police Station. She was represented here by lawyer Nitin Satpute at Andheri's Mobile Court Railway.
"The court granted him time to file a protest against the B-Summary report, and the Tanushree legal team was present at the meeting." The Oshiwara police station was in hearing room at the time of the hearing.The case was sent back to Sept. 7, "said Satpute at IANS Sunday.
In June, Mumbai police spokesperson Manjunath Shinge, deputy police commissioner, told IANS: "Yes, we have filed a summary report B in court ".
they apparently would not have found enough evidence in the case, putting the case virtually out of business as they could not continue their investigations.
Satpute had stated that they would dispute the police movement in the case.
The actress had filed suit against Nana. in September 2018, accusing him of having allegedly badually harbaded him more than ten years ago, in 2008 during a shootout, but he categorically denied the charges brought by her.
