The news of the all-new BMW S1000R has been in the air for a long time. If you have been waiting impatiently for this bike, here is good news for you. The new generation of BMW S1000R is finally coming very soon and is expected to reach the markets by next February. It has been nearly a year since the new BMW S1000RR 2019 was tested in Europe. Althea Racing boss Genesio Bevilacqua told GPOne that the bike will be used for the WSBK 2019 season, which means that the bike will make its world debut well before. This gives a big possibility that the Bavarian clbad will be felt during the 2018 Intermot or 2018 EICMA motorcycle show scheduled for November in Milan. The previously surfaced spying images suggest that the new 2019 BMW S1000RR will have a different design language from that of its predecessor in order to look cooler and more agile than before.
While other items are currently a mystery, there have been rumors that the bike would come with a contrarotating crankshaft that will help it deliver more agility. If this is true, the S1000RR will be one of the few series motorcycles to have this type of configuration. In addition, one can expect an increase in power and torque for the bike to challenge its clbad rivals more confidently. With the new update, the 2019 BMW S1000RR will probably also have a new feature set with the intention of not only enhancing safety, but also providing more comfort to the driver.
As the BMW S1000RR is one of the most respected names in the clbad-bed territory, the hopes of the 2019 edition are on a high note. The launch of the motorcycle in India is scheduled for next year alone and we are looking forward to seeing the fireworks. Stay tuned for more
