Manufactured at the TVS Motor Company's factory in Hosur, the BMW G 310 R is powered by a 313cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine developing 33.5bhp of power at 9,500rpm and torque maximum of 28 Nm at 7,500 rpm. The powertrain comes with a cylinder tilted backward into the open deck design, with the cylinder head rotated 180 degrees. This lowers the center of gravity and it helps with agility. The crusher is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
