Jawa Motorcycles is ready to begin its new races in India with a brand new 300cc motorcycle that is not far from the clbadic that was once sold in terms of design. This brand new Jawa 300 will be unveiled on November 15th. The company could also reveal prices and start making reservations for the same thing. In order to create a hype around the launch of the Jawa 300, the company has released a video presentation that shows a Jawa 300 mounted on country roads. Although the Jawa 300 is not clearly seen in the video, we already have an idea of its appearance. In addition, not the distinct exhaust note that sounds like the clbadic.
Little is known about the Jawa engine, but the communique that was shared earlier included the essential specifications. In summary, this is a single-cylinder engine of 27 hp, 28 Nm, moving 293 cc with liquid cooling, fuel injection and four-valve DOHC valve. Ashish Joshi, head of Clbadic Legends, told OVERDRIVE that the engine had a flat torque curve and would prove extremely reliable.
The company believes that these two elements are essential for the new bike to talk about the mix of clbadic and sporty features is characterized by the old Jawas. Clbadic Legends also mentions that adjusting the sound was a special task for the engine. Since Jawa India originally only had two-stroke engines, the creation of a compatible BS-IV and BS-VI-compatible engine that spoke with that voice was essential to the project. And the new engine promises to deliver a delicious soundtrack.
The latest spy pictures appeared online give us a clear idea of the design designed for production. It is interesting to note that the future Jawa (must she be called the king of the roads?) Borrow a lot from the bike sold in the past. Something that will attract a lot of Jawa purists because the company has not deviated from the clbadic design but added modern elements. The front receives USD forks while the back uses a conventional configuration. Instead of alloys, the Jawa 2019 motorcycle rolls on rays to please the old school. In addition, the beautiful exhaust pipes out of the engine of 293 cm³.
It is clear from these images that the future Jawa will be a retro-style roadster. This looks promising for a 300cc offer. What we have to see, is if the new age Jawa will tackle the most popular clbadic brand sold in India, Royal Enfield. Although the Jawa is a 300cc offer while the Royal Enfields is in the 350cc range, the Clbadic is 19.8PS and 28Nm. Prices? Officially, there is no comment, but a mere 27 HP, 293cc should fall within the approximate price range of Rs 2.5 to 2.7 lakh? we expect Jawa to pick a slightly higher price instead of a price equivalent to 2,000 rupees or a similar price.
We already know that Mahindra will focus on high-end motorcycles. Two years ago, Clbadic Legends Private Limited (CLPL), a subsidiary of Mahindra and Mahindra, acquired BSA for a value of approximately 28 crores. Mahindra and Mahindra have a 60% interest in CLPL. This acquisition would allow Mahindra to acquire or license the brand and use it for the sale, marketing and distribution of motorcycles.
