In the last episode we see how much the Goenka are shocked to learn about Suhashini's health while Akhilesh is bewildered. Later, Naira plans to fulfill Suhasini's wish. As Akhil approaches Kartik to tell him that he has seen Naira, Manish is dragging him to the side and accusing him of Suhasini's current situation. He told Kartik that the family had always done things that were favorable to him and blamed him for not wanting to accept the truth. He told her that Naira was dead and that she would not come back, so he had the responsibility to take care of the members who were alive. Manish told Kartik that he was about to tell him something that he should follow under all circumstances. He told Kartik that he was soon going to marry Vedika and that he had absolutely no right to deny it.
Manish tells Kartik that after Naira's death, his family had not celebrated any happiness and that only he could have lost happiness back. Manish falls on Kartik's feet and begs him to marry Vedika. Kartik becomes helpless in the face of the situation and was not in a position to deny it. Kartik comes from the side and vent his anger against Naira. He regretted Naira's decision to abandon them and thought that there was no medicine to relieve the pain he was feeling. Later, he sees Akhil tense and goes to the doctor. The doctors tell the family that they will have to make Suhasini work and that the chances of recovery are minimal. Vedika motivates the whole family and tells everyone not to lose hope and stay strong. Kartik, seeing her taking care of the whole family, probably thinks that Manish had suggested it for the good of all.
Meanwhile, Naira decided to take Kairav to Udaipur and told him the good news. She decided to face her truth for Kairav's sake and try to come to terms with Kartik. Naira and Kairav begin their luggage and she hopes that the Goenkas will welcome Kairav with all their heart. However, Naira feared that Kartik did not believe that Kairav was his child and hoped he did not have to prove the truth to Kartik. Kairav told Naira that she was the best mother because she took him to meet his father and told him that he would be a good son.
