The heat in Japan also resulted in the rescue process of people affected by the floods forced. In the last two weeks, heavy rains have hit almost every region of Japan. In addition to the floods, the rain also caused about 700 landslides in 31 prefectures (provinces) of the country.
According to recent reports, floods and landslides have caused the death of at least 220 Japanese.
