Consumption of nuts significantly increases the number and health of young men's sperm. So the results of scientific experiments. But research points out that peanuts only work on healthy men.

For this study, researchers recruited 119 men aged 18 to 35, who were divided into two groups. One group ate 60 grams of almonds, hazelnuts and nuts every day, while the second group was not crazy.
