JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Police are trying to bring home three Indonesian citizens arrested by the Malaysian police (PDRM) during an operation that took place from July 12 to 17.
The operation was conducted in Terengganu, Selangor, Perak and Johor. The three Indonesians were arrested for being linked to terrorist networks.
"To be coordinated with the apparatus between BNPT and PDRM," said Deputy Commander of the Syafruddin General Police in Jakarta, Friday (20/07/2018).

Police, said Syafruddin, would soon bring home three Indonesian citizens who were captured by terrorists after the completion of various cases in Malaysia.
He confirmed that after being taken back home, the three Indonesian citizens will be examined in Indonesia.

Chief Inspector General of the Malaysian Police Mohd Fuzi Harun said on Thursday (19/07/2018) that the suspects were composed of four Malays and three an Indonesian national who was a suspect, a 42-year-old factory worker, claimed to have links to a male member of Jamaat Ansharut Daulah (JAD) affiliated with the Islamic State.
This male member of JAD, according to the Malaysian police, was involved in the killing of a member of the Brimob Corps in Kelapa Dua, Depok, on May 10.
