A former American archbishop remedies cases of sexual harassment

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia – Pope Francis accepted the resignation of Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, former archbishop of Washington DC, in connection with allegations of badual abuse against teenagers and young seminarians.

McCarrick is one of the most important figures of the Catholic Church of the United States. The scandal that struck him surprised the American public because he was a man respected by the widespread kyalayak and became a confidant of the pope and the presidents of the United States.
