He also asked the Municipal Health Bureau of Palangka Raya and all of its staff to redouble their efforts to prevent the spread of dengue fever.

According to data from the health office in Palangka Raya town, there have been 122 cases of deep dengue haemorrhagic fever in which five people have died.
