VIVA – PT Jasa Marga Tbk, revealed that the Solo-Ngawi toll road in the Sragen-Ngawi segment was ready for operation in the near future. The toll road built by a Jasa Marga subsidiary, PT Jasamarga Solo Ngawi or JSN has obtained a valid operating certificate.

It was explained that the determination of the operation and implementation of tariffs on the toll road will then be determined by the decree of the Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR). Before the operation with the introduction of toll rates, PT JSN was able to realize the socialization of the toll road.
PT JSN is required to comply with the provisions stipulated in the PPJT and applicable laws and regulations prior to the putting into service of the Sragen-Ngawi Solo-Ngawi toll road.
According to Mr. Heru, it is expected that the toll road will be equipped with eight toll gates (GTs) to facilitate public access to the toll road. Among them, GT Colomadu, GT Airport, Ngemplak GT, GT Purwodadi, GT Karanganyar, GT Sragen, East Sragen GT and GT Ngawi (Ngawi City).
The Solo-Ngawi toll road has three stages. Phase I The SS Ngawi-Klitik segment, which is four kilometers long, has been operational since 30 March 2018. Phase II of Kartasura-Sragen was inaugurated on 15 July 2018. Finally, phase III of Sragen- Ngawi received a certificate of opportunity of exploitation.
Overall, the Solo-Ngawi toll road is 90.43 km long and is divided into two parts. The part worked by the government, from STA 0 + 000- STA 21 + 081.5 on 21.08 km, while from STA 21 + 081.5- STA 90 + 43 on 69.35 km, has entrusted to PT JSN.
