Prosecutors in Saudi Arabia said Khashoggi's murder was planned. The statement contradicts the official statement of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stating that the murder was committed accidentally during a fight at the office of the Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Istanbul, Turkey on October 2, 2018 .
